If you choose to elope in Australia, the hardest decision you’ll have to make is where you’ll tie the knot. Which part of this gorgeous country will you head to? We can arrange elopements or small weddings in most regions of Australia; it’s a pretty big place and there’s just too many stunning places to choose from.
Some things to think about that will help you decide:
- Are you running away? Just the two of you? In that case the world (or Australia) is your oyster.
- If you’re planning a small wedding you might need to consider the ease of getting everyone to your destination
- Do you want to marry on a white sandy beach, or would you prefer a park, or lush bushland, or an industrial setting like Hosier Lane in Melbourne?
- What sort of weather can you handle? Do you prefer the heat or the cold?
- What’s your budget?
Most people who book Elope to Australia choose the following route (obviously it depends on how long you have to stay and play) and where you’re coming from:
Fly into Brisbane, Queensland and spend a few days there acclimatising before making your way one hour north to the stunning Sunshine Coast, home of Elope to Australia – and get yourselves married on one of our pristine beaches or in the romantic hinterland.
Spend a few days here before heading to the iconic Gold Coast for the theme parks or nightlife. From there, fly to fabulous Sydney – stay 4 days (longer if you can), then off to chic Melbourne, before flying home. Basically, you’re planning a sneaky elopement and a honeymoon all in one go!
All your 2019 and 2020 Elope to Australia destinations are available for $2845. Take your pick! Contact us, pick a date (between Mondays and Thursdays or there may be extra costs incurred) and away we go. It couldn’t be easier!

If you had more time:
The Great Barrier Reef – Iconic and stunning! Sail a yacht, fish, snorkel – you won’t want to go home.
If you have more time, you could fly to Uluru and see our big rock! A must see really and the real basis for knowing and learning about our first peoples. Please note, we do not arrange elopements at Uluru as they’re not cost effective.
There’s just so much to see and do in Australia – too much to list in fact so check out Viator for some great holiday ideas!
